I think that the service you have given me has been second to none. Not that I have always understood, but I find the same when I talk with my shares manager. I know you know better than I do so I trust your judgement. I am grateful that I only lost $10,000 on the unit purchase that couldn’t go ahead, but you understood so I left it in your hands.
I have forwarded emails to you when I was looking at buying shares. I knew that if there was a problem then Graeme would reply. I have more than enough documentation from your company. I think I will need to get a bigger box to keep it all in. Just the attention to detail that you take is commendable.
